Copper Canyon Ranch in Surprise is also known as Mountain Gate and is an established neighborhood within the heart of Surprise Arizona. It is located between Cactus Road and Peoria Avenue / Bullard Road and Litchfield Road in the west valley. Unique is how I would describe the area, as it has many different homes and lots. The north part of the community (Cactus and Bullard) has good size homes on spacious lots. The streets are line with trees and there are many greenbelt and park areas for your children to take advantage of. The southern part of the community (Litchfield and Peoria) boasts homes with more square footage and acre lots. The green belts and large community park are amenities that can be found for your children to play or have community get togethers. This is one community in which the HOA says you are allowed to park your RV next to your home on the acre lots. There are not many communites that will allow you to do this.
Surprise is a growing city that offers homeowners and businesses a place to thrive. The recreation campus offers professional sports along with adult and youth programs. The community is surrounded by beautiful desert and mountains. The White Tanks Park is about 15 minutes west and is a photographers paradise with it’s beautiful desert landscape. Businesses are booming in the area. There are several new and established restaurants in the area: Caramba’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, Hayashi Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse, Golden Corral, Paradise Bakery, Buffalo Wild Wings and Pei Wei just to name a few. There are new car dealerships that line the Loop 303 along with some new stores and businesses. There will soon be the Prasada Mall built along the Loop 303 too.
All of these places are within minutes of Copper Canyon Ranch/Mountain Gate. It really is a beautiful, established neighborhood.
