Rent vs Buy? The new national numbers.

By
Mortgage and Lending with Finance Of America NMLS #311662

This is the most comprehensive article I have read that discusses the facts and truths regarding rent vs buy. Overall it still reflects that if you can buy now. DO IT! When you take into account the future value of money and the real possibility of actually paying off a property, buying is a no-brain-er. By the way rates have improved since this article was written so it makes even more sense.

I agree. This really makes the argument that as long as rates are lower than 7.00% people should buy if they can.
