Lopez Island, WA is one of the popular San Juan Islands. Long a favorite with tourists and locals alike for it's quaint atmosphere, great views, restaurants, coffee shops and other wonderful shops. 

Many homes have waterviews, some have a rural setting. All are waiting for you to enjoy as a permanent residence or a vacation getaway.

The Lopez Island Marina attracts a lot of Boaters in the Summer months. It is located in Fisherman's Bay and is a short stroll or ride to Lopez Village.

How to get There: Lopez Island is accessed by ferry, private boat, boat taxi or Sea Plane.

Ferry: From the North or South- take the I-5 freeway to the I-20 turnoff to Anacortes. Once in Anacortes, follow the I-20 ferry signs to the ferry terminal a couple of miles west of downtown Anacortes. Note: If you are taking your vehicle on the ferry, it is best to make reservations during the Summer months. 

Boat Taxi: Leave several times a day from Skyline Marina, Anacortes.

Sea Plane: Flights are scheduled each day from Seattle & Friday Harbor

7 homes have sold in Langley year to date, ranging from a low of $520,000 to a high of $1,300,000, Days on the market range from 26 to 788. Average days on market was 91.

Sellers! As you can see on the chart above, there have been major reductions from the original List Price and further reductions reflected in the eventual Sale Price. Days on Market are substantial. 

What does this Mean?  If you are realistic when setting your List Price then your Days on Market should shrink and you have a much better chance of close to asking price offers.
