Fall Housing Market Starts with Diminished Inventory...

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams NY Realty
The fall market in residential real estate starts after Labor Day and usually continues through Thanksgiving.  Although inventory is diminished due to spring and summer sales, buyer activity is still strong in this market.

Smart sellers will price to the market, and smart buyers will take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves.  But sellers with inflated expectations of what their house is worth and buyers looking for a steal run the risk of missing the market entirely.

A large part of our work as realtors is to be the "trusted advisors."  As trusted advisors, we help the Sellers and Buyers to interpret the market and make sure clients reach their objectives.

If you have given any thought to buying or selling this fall, let our expertise achieve the greatest value for your investment.

Wise words, Gary.  Those who price their house right can sell it quickly; those that don't will languish. The key is to get a knowledgeable agent to get it priced right!  Without that, nothing will work.
