How to get short sales REMOVED from credit reports

Services for Real Estate Pros
Short Sale Specialist Network
We have scheduled two additional webinars due to the demand of agents and consumers who missed our last one about this HOT topic!
How long after a short sale does a seller REALLY have to wait in order to be able to purchase a property again and qualify for a mortgage? Is it possible to get short sales, foreclosures and other derogatory items removed from a credit report? Is it possible to improve a score by as much as 200 points in just a few months? You are invited to join Mike Linkenauger, Director of Operations of the Short Sale Specialist Network, along with Randy Cochrane, short sale and Credit Expert with United Credit Education Services to discuss common credit myths and truths, and most importantly, how to quickly turn people with poor credit into home buyers in NO TIME!  These webinars are just packed with useful information.  At the end, both Randy and Mike will answer ALL of your questions. As a bonus only to those who are on the LIVE webinar, we will provide you with a list of lenders who do loans for borrowers one day after a short sale or foreclosure! Click below to sign up.

I am signing up, I see the biggest problem with the new guidelines are that "documenting the initial hardship" - We have a hard enough time to get the short sales approved, so working with the lenders to prove that hardship again is going to be key.

Look forward to listening!

Thanks Mike!
