Wow, that's an incredible home for the price and I love what you did with the listing. Presentation is everything and you did a wonderful job.
There seems to be a lot of bang for the buck here. Congratulations on the new listing Travis. The large lot with a creek really add to the desirability. No doubt you're great marketing will have this one sold in no time.

Ms. Debb - I grew up in Central Alabama (Montgomery - the Capitol) and there were no worries about tornadoes. I hadn't been here a year (only 90 miles south) when I heard the first sirens go off on a Sunday afternoon. Thought it was some kind of drill until I found out the next day. Since then, several small tornadoes in the area and the one big one that went thru the center of town about 6 years ago. Neighborhood siren is on a pole in a lot behind my house!
