Halloween Fun in Livingston 2013!
Livingston Fright Night – Saturday, October 26, 2013
Looking for something fun and exiting to do in Livingston this Halloween? How about an evening of Spooky Fun at the Livingston Senior/Community Center?
FREE activities from 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm include:
- Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat is a safe way for kids to “Trick or Treat.” Beginning at 3:30 p.m. kids will be able to walk from vehicle to vehicle in the parking lot at LSCC collecting treats in their costumes. Parents are asked to provide candy or snacks.
Candy donations are greatly appreciated!

- Costume Contest (Pre-registration required starts at 4:30 pm)
Kids will have the opportunity to parade around the Livingston Senior/Community Center parking lot wearing their Halloween costumes. The following six categories that will be judged are:
- Most Unique
- Scariest
- Super Hero
- Funniest
- Prettiest
- Group Costumes
All participants will receive a prize, and the category winners will receive a Trophy.
*Participants must pre-register free of charge, online http://livingstonsyls.org or at the Senior Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue
- Indoor Activities (5:00 – 8:00 pm)
All activities will begin inside the Livingston Senior/Community Center at 5:00 p.m. and continue through 8:00 p.m. This is appropriate for all ages. The activities are free of charge and include:
- Halloween tattoos
- Seasonal crafts
- Haunted games
- Treats & Refreshments
- The Haunted Walk
Take a twisted walk through the woods where the dead have risen to life! Guaranteed to be a scream!
- Saturday night 5-7:00 p.m. is appropriate for children ages 7 & up.
- After 7:00 p.m. the walk is NOT recommended for children under 10.
All children who are under 10 must be with a parent at all times while on the walk. The haunted walk will be open rain or dark! Sneakers are recommended.
Admission Fees:
$2:00 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm (Appropriate for younger children, not as scary)
$5:00 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm (Guaranteed to scream, extremely scary)
