Have you ever thought of buying a condo in State College, PA? There are a lot of different choices when it comes to State College condos. We have listings anywhere from $100,000 in the Amitie development all the way up to $500,000 in some of the higher end areas. There are also some new condos being built in downtown State College in the Fraser Centre which, when completed, will probably top out over $1,000,000. Additional services for a higher fee usually include water and sewer, trash pickup, cable television, and some even have a clubhouse.
