My favorite BUYER

What an awesome story.... I met a 1st time buyer at one of my open houses 3 years ago and when she came in she looked drained. We spoke for awhile and told me she has been looking for homes for the last month with no luck. She believes agents didn't want to work with her because her price range was so low being under 50k and that there just wasn't anythng out there that she was impressed with. I explianed to her she needs to get past that AND remember it's not a home you will be living in forever. We went over her dreams, her past, and where she sees herself in the next 5 years. This being said we found a home after a month of looking for her and her 3 kids and she was very happy and wrote my Broker a 4 page hand written letter.

Anyway, I just saw her at the grocery store, and she came up to me, gave me a hug, and said Thank You for being there for me. I got my associates degree, and have an awesome job. I want to buy a house!!!! Long story short, I am going to list her home, and find her another home priced around 125k. MORAL of the story: What comes around goes around. Treat EACH client as if they were buying a million dollar HOME. No matter what they buy today, it will always effect your tomorrow, and ON top of that it makes you feel good in the process. Much Success.

Good post.  Agreed, what goes around comes around.  I am glad she was able to find you as her agent.

Great post,  It does make you feel good when you help someone and then they come back to you again.  And they send others as well.  Always be kind and courteous to everyone you come in contact with.  Thanks for posting.
