At the festival on Larimer St. Downtown between 20th and 22nd you can find performances of music and dance, beer activities and entertainment for all ages. This is one of Denver’s longest running festivals and one of the largest of its kind in the nation; the 44th annual celebration will be one to remember. Along with the beer and music, you can find some fascinating entertainment in Long Dog Derby, Stein Hoisting, Keg Bowling and a bratwurst eating contest. These contests are all about having fun and celebrating the traditions of German Culture so there is no winning or losing in this case. This three day-long event from Friday to Sunday is scheduled for you to endure and carry on the customs of Germany and its interesting tradition.
