The location is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, schools and transportation to NYC via bus but other options are available within an 8 mile radius(Path &  Jitney to train).

Livingston is know for their top notch school district so if you're interested in the level of education for your child/children but not interested in the single family house lifestyle this may give you an interesting option.

 

They offer 4 different models - Amherst (2592sqft), Barnard (2751sqft), Cambridge (3,219sqft), & Darthmouth (3470sqft).

They offer many standard features as well as a gallery of upgrades. There are some units that are built that will be ready to close this year but they have pre construction pricing on the ones that haven't broken ground on yet. They also offer options on financing which most builders give you only 1 choice. Also unheard of but they will allow a seller's contingency. Shocking but true!
