Apple Hill Lane, Duxbury
The Duxbury neighborhood of Apple Hill Lane is a cul-de-sac neighborhood on the west side of Duxbury, near the Chandler Elementary School.
In the past few years, homes in this neighborhood have sold for $495,000 to about $550,000.
The Duxbury public schools start with Chandler Elementary School, then the Alden School, Duxbury Middle School and Duxbury High School.
I lived here once, over ten years ago. It's really nice, quiet and friendly. It's surrounded by conservation land and edged with a big pond.
Many of the residents are raising their families here, or have raised their children and still live here.
I attach a 15-second video taken at the entrance to the cul-de-sac. The video's a bit blurry: you can't see that Apple Hill Lane is etched into the rock!
