The Great Pumpkin farm is open 7 days a week between 10:00a.m – Dusk, from September 13 – October 31st.

What is there to do?

The Great Pumpkin farm in Clarence NY, Has been a traditional event that year after year, and generation after generation has attracted families from all over the area to enjoy the fall season.

At the great pumpkin farm families can enjoy many fall activities: purchase seasonal decoration, grab great food maybe a doughnut, and sider, baked goods, go to the pumpkin patch to choose the prized one to take home, enjoy the playground and haymaze, go on a tractor ride, try out the cornmaize, amusement rides, petting zoo, face painting, or watch the pumpkin sling shots. Something for everybody!!

Some activates are only available during weekends:

• Children Crafts 10a.m. – 5p.m. • Face Painting 11a.m. – 5p.m.

• The Cackling Revue 10:30a, 12:30 p.m. and 2:00p.m., 3:30p.m.

• Magic by Mike Baron and Annie 11:00a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.

• Horse Drawn and Tractor Drawn Hayrides • Hammererl Amusement Midway

• Boo Barn • Cannon Shoot • The Pumpkin Palace Bakery • Festival Food

• Cornmaize • Face Painting 11:00 a.m., 1:00p.m., 2:30p.m., and 4:00p.m.

Open Every Day:

• Pumpkin Patch

• Little Folks Hay Maze and Playground

• Farm Animals

•Pumpkin Place and General Store

Festival Activities:

• September 28 and 29 World Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest and PIG Races

• October 5 and 6 World Pumpkin Weigh Off and a “MUTT –ALICA” a dog sport and comedy

• October 12,13 1nd 14 Pumpkin Olympics and on the 14th the Pumpkin Drop

• October 19 and 20 The Tebuchet contest; local high schools will compete for distance. Saturday practice and Sunday will be the competition

• October 26 and 27 Costume contest both days and blood drive on Sunday to benefit Upstate Transplant Services

 

Clarence Hollow Scarecrow Festival

Main Street in the Hollow has been decorated by local property and business owners with scarecrows that display diverse and unique interpretations; great opportunity to walk on Main Street to look at these works of art and enjoy some of the local eateries and shops.
