Brian Keller. My brother, Keith Keller, and I were born and raised in Parrottsville Tn. Together we have either walked, hiked, camped or rode bicycles or dirt bikes on almost every piece of property whithin the Parrottsville tn area. The Current population inside the city limits is around 135 people. Parrottsville is surrounded by beautiful rolling farmland in every direction. Come visit Parrottsville.
