September 2013 was a very good month for Robert Vegas Bob Swetz in Las Vegas/ Henderson Nevada. Vegas Bob closed on a $290,000 dollar home in Henderson Nevada which is only minutes SE of Las Vegas. And Vegas Bob went into contract with another homebuyer in Lake Las Vegas for an offer of 1.2 million dollars. If sales continue for Vegas Bob like this he might just as well purchase a home in Lake Las Vegas.
Life is good in the Real Estate business for Vegas Bob and October, November and December of 2013 are suppose to be great months for Real Estate in the Las Vegas Valley.
And for Real Estate sales in Las Vegas for the year 2014 ... well let's just say it's going to be "Rocking" around the Vegas Valley. VB is hoping to nail some HUGE commercial deals, along with some pricy home sales in 2014 ;o)
