This Week we are looking at some of our contractors that offer needed services to those of us working in the real estate industry. Saturday Subscriber Finds 18 purpose is to see if you can find a new face to add to your following list. I learn so much about these folks as I am gathering information to share. So get ready to read about some of our contractors and their specialties.


This fellow is a good guy and has a really friendly attitude that comes out in every one of his posts. Dale Baker is from Baker Energy Audits and Commercial Properties Inspections in Claremont NH. He says he is not in the business of home repair and he does not benefit financially from the repair of any defects noted in my inspection report. That sounds like someone you would want to do business with. Dale first published in the Rain in May 2007. He also posts about his local area, parks and activities and is a real, all-round guy. He has shared a wealth of his knowledge about construction through his posts and there are some good ones listed on his profile. Why not go over now and say Howdy to Dale Baker. Debbie Gartner is known to many as the The Flooring Girl. She is the owner of Flooring International and has her business in Westchester NY and Stamford CT. She is one of the hardest working ladies I know. No wonder she is a success in the flooring industry and her name comes up when anyone is thinking flooring. In fact I was surfing the web about flooring and Debbie came up several times. Her posts are informational and answer many of the questions homeowners have about types of floor coverings. I have spoken with Debbie and she is truly an expert in her field. Debbie first posted in July 2010 and is already a Millionaire in the Rain. From California comes an Uncommon Contractor that specializes in Water Damage and Dry Rot Repairs. Tom Arstingstall has a wealth of knowledge about construction and works in the Sacramento area. His reviews on his profile tell us how he is dependable and reliable. That is what you want from your contractor. Tom posted his first time in January 2011. He is nearling a milliion points which says he is a dedicated blogger. Tom shares with us some of the items he finds needing repair in home construction and how to fix them. I continue to learn from Tom. He is a fantastic photographer so I enjoy his photos of the area too.
