Natural Foods That Help Boost Energy

By
Real Estate Agent with BHGRE Metrobrokers

I don't know about you all but my energy level at times seems dip way below sea level.  I have tried all types of energy drinks and always get the same results.   Really full of energy and then in a couple hours I feel worse than I did before.  But I have been experimenting with a few foods that give you natural energy and so far so good so I thought I would share them with you all.

Topping the list of foods found provide to an energy boost include: eggs, figs, molasses, green veggies, almonds, beets, oatmeal, lentils, bananas, sardines, yoghurt, apples, brown rice, cantaloupe and parsley. Of course lots of water should be on your menu too, as lack of it is the number one cause of fatigue.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Kim Ray

Hey Kim,

How about Broccoli?  What does it do to you?  :)

This is really weird because I don't think I have ever seen your energy dip way below sea level. :)

Make It A Great Day!
