Nine properties went under contract! they average asking price of these properties are $426,288.00 and the average days on the market are 118. High numbers are selling here!
Three properties transfer title with an average asking price of $559,900.00 and an actual closed price of $541,333.00 these properties were on the market for an average of 49 days. Holly molly, it doesn't appear that properties have any problem selling here!
Eleven properties failed to sell this month with an average asking price of $478,454.00 they were on the market for an average of 221 days.
Andover Twp., NJ is a great area to live and raise a family, lots of open air spaces easy commute to NYC. The area is loaded with things to due, many Golf Courses are nearby, Horse Back Riding, Lakes and beaches and lets not forget shopping all within reach. Said to be the next Sparta NJ but with allot less taxes. Thinking of coming to my neck of the woods? Call me I know of the most exciting properties out there. Wanting to leave us?
