Looking to Hire a Full Time Lead Coordinator!

Too many buyer leads! We need a lead coordinator / buyer lead specialist! Pay is performance based, you will be handling ALL incoming buyer leads via phone and email, "warming them up" and then handing them off to one of our skilled agents to show properties and work with them hands on.

You MUST:
- Be a licensed Realtor (don't have to be active)
- Be familiar with the Mid-Florida Regional MLS or savvy enough to learn VERY quickly
- Speak and write very clear English
- Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily

You'll be managing buyer leads from:
- Team Website
- MLS
- Zillow - All Leads including those from personal profile, listings etc...
- Trulia - All Leads including those from personal profile, listings etc...
- RE/MAX Leadstreet
- Realtor.com
- Sign Calls
- Open Houses
- Walk-ins
- Newsletters
- Phone Calls
- Mailers
- Email Marketing
- Lead Follow Up
- Past Clients/ Sphere of Influence for All Members of the Team

You'll be required to learn our lead software. Systems include but are not limited to:
- Gmail
- Contactually
- RE/MAX Leadstreet
- Google Apps - Google Calendar, Google Drive etc

You'll also be expected to:
- Answer all incoming lead calls "flawlessly" and within 10 minutes of receiving lead 
- Prospect for new Appointments a minimum of 1 hour daily on scheduled work days.
- Lead Follow Up Daily
- Search for homes in the MLS
- Follow up with all Open House Leads on Monday after the Open House
- Follow up with all Buyers to point of Contract
- You'll be required to learn and practice scripts and dialogues to improve your technique; we provide training for this! :)

- Lead generation
- Showing properties
- Office Expenses
- Business Cards
- E & O
- Transaction Coordination
- Advertising
- Open House Signs
- Copies
- Marketing of any kind
