Family Abstract has learned that the Government shutdown will affect getting final FHA insurance accepted but will not affect 
any processing of FHA and VA loans. The caveat to this statement is that they will be working with a "Skeleton Crew" and most asked to work for no paycheck. The service wasn't so great when they were getting paid.... Just Say-in, LOL!!

IF any lenders REQUIRE the 4506 Transcripts prior to closing they will not be closing as the 4506 Transcripts will not be processed nor will SSA Verification's.
This irresponsibility on America's part of this financial crisis is embarrassing, Did you see the new $5.00 bill, Lincoln has a bag over his head!
