The other day I pointed out to a teenager in college that the most important ingredient one finds about a college degree is what it clearly states and implies on the surface. Richie, if your client isn't comfortable with you as a person, from the beginning, it'll be very rare that they are completely honest with you. In my book, dishonesty breeds trouble down the road so it's always best to consider the person first, then the professional. Or, if the professional is what attracts clients, always consider your gut feeling beforehand, they're usually correct.
