Hahahaha. That's quite a title this morning Lloyd - yet, it's the absolute truth. I've got a few going topless in a new neighborhood I'm marketing right now.

Lloyd, You got me and I just had to look. I am seeing a lot of topless homes in my area with all the new construction going on.
Eric, Debb, Dick, Chris Ann, Hella and Debbie, thank you all for checking "Topless in Quito Village". And yes, I will resort to bait and switch to garner points. Remember when buyers would purchase a home and have friends over for a re-painting party and reward them with beer? Well those days are long gone in Silicon Valley. These days it's most common to see a home like this one that was just purchased be extensively remodeled before the new homeowner moves in. I saw this home a few months ago on the Saratoga broker's tour of new listings. I was in the neighborhood again last Monday and saw that the new homeowner is changing the original low pitch roofline to a steeper, more modern pitch. It wasn't just a re-roof or a re-roof with new roof sheathing; everything above the top of the walls was removed and was being re-done. It was major surgery.
Lloyd, not quite what I had in mind...I'm sure this home appeals to the all weather buyer in Quito Village, Saratoga, California.
Not exactly the picture I was looking for with this title Lloyd, lets hope for no rain until they get the top back on.
