For Marin County as a whole, there were 137 homes sold in the month of January, on the Market for an average of 103 days, with an average original list price of $1,290,096 and selling for an average of $1,246,868. Of all the available homes in Marin County, 26% are in escrow. The numbers for Tiburon are skewed due to Andre Agassi's property selling for $20,000,000. The original asking price on that was $24,500,000 and it was on the market for 1217 days. |
