So often I'm asked how is the Real Estate market? When I answer and say it's doing great, prices are rebounding and coupled with low interest rates buyers are buying; they seem skeptical. Their home is not worth what it was a high market. YET. After the height of the market in 1989 and the 7 years of declining values that followed, no one ever believed we would eclipse the former high values. In 2002, we did. With the projection of increased population, immigration and lack of new homes built over the last 6 years, we are poised to do just that. Not overnight, that wouldn't be healthy, but inventory remains low and buyer activity high. To put the statistics to a visual perception, we have sold more homes per month this year than any in the last decade. Wow!
