Are You A Good Real Estate Agent?
Great information for all of us to follow. Thanks Larry and Sheila this blog is worth re-blogging to share with others. I think the most important one on the list is the putting the client's needs above our needs. I have seen many agents who forget this!
What makes a Real Estate Agent Good?
- Is it because you know how to price a home?
- Your sellers and buyers have trust in you?
- You explain the advantages of staging a home?
- You know how to work a camera?
- You know how to write a pretty description on your MLS?
- You're pleasant to other agents so they'll show your listings?
- You return phone calls promptly?
- You preview listings for your buyers?
- You have a Supra key!
Well, all of the above may be good, but these do not make you a GOOD Real Estate Agent. These are all EXPECTED of you!
