So, a few days ago I posted that I was going to be on a local radio show, Radio Real Estate on KGMI 790.
Well, I was and it was great FUN!!! I was nervous at first. Sheesh! What do you fill 1 hour of radio time with??? But, with all of the commercial time and breaks and news, it was only about 15-20 minutes of on air speaking.
The show is available on the KGMI Website for a few weeks for those that are interested in listening.
I speak of the Women's Council of Realtors, growing up in a real estate family, how the current economic news is not aplicable to our local market in Bellingham and Whatcom County, and what home owners can do to set their listing apart.
All in all, the experience was GREAT FUN and I would JUMP at the chance to do it again!
