Good news for buyers Utah home buyers! In light of the shenanigans taking place within our government, one local lender has temporarily revised their policies to help reduce the number of inconvenienced consumers out there. And as of right now, they will fund loans with the following:
4506T IRS Tax Transcripts
The IRS will not issue tax return transcripts. For the short-term, we will temporarily cease the requirement for the tax transcripts. However, we will still require the following information:
a. 4506T still must be executed by all borrowers
b. Proof of payment or refund will be required for the most current year of tax returns that are in the file.
Direct Social Security Number Verification (if required)
Direct SSN verification may not be available. If direct social security number verification is required we will except a copy of the borrowers social security card along with one of the following forms of ID:
a. Copy of Driver’s License
b. Copy of Passport
c. Copy of Military ID
