According to NAR - 94% of the buyers used the internet for their home search. So a strong internet presence to get your home at the top of the internet search engines is one key to successfully selling your home.

Homes.com - Our RE/MAX Legacy office offers premium listings for all of our agents on homes.com. This allows us to post more photos and provide more information. This results in the homes we represent being at the very top of the homes.com searches. Although Homes.com is ranked 4th nationally for real estate - it shows up first many of our local results.
Realtor.com - Pro listings with additional pictures and information. Our homes are highlighted, have additional pictures and have a tag line to help them stand out. Also many of searches sort by the number of photos.
Zillow.com - Featured listings which allows us to post more pictures and information on our listings. Once again most listings are sorted by number of photos so our listings show up first and we show up as featured listings which is the default search type putting your home before most other homes in the area. We are also able to do Zillow special offers on your home which makes your home standout.
Trulia.com - Featured listings which makes your home show up first on most trulia searches.
