ASAP is holding their first annual HOWL-O-WEEN Fun Run and Animal Pet Parade. There will be face painting for the kids a costume contest and, the run which consists of a scenic 5 miles or shorter 2.5 mile loop. ASAP, Adopt Shelter Animal Pets of West Richland is holding this event to develop a veterinary care fund. This establishes the basic health of the animal, supplies vaccination and most importantly, the spay and neuter of the pet so the cycle doesn't start all over.
