Addison Pacesetters Learn About Addison's Water Billing.

Addison Pacesetters (Addison, Texas residents 50+ years of age) meet the first Wednesday of each month at Dunn Bros. on Belt Line Road and learn about the Town of Addison. This month, in a double header with Battalion Fire Chief Chuck Taylor, Jose Miranda spoke to us. He's in the Finance Department. Here are some tidbits from his discussion and the Q & A session that followed:

• Jose moved here from Mexico at the age of 26.
• He got his citizenship in 1999.
• He joined the Town of Addison in February, 2013.
• Part of his job in the Finance Department is to process the water bills and to send the disconnect notices.
