Homes sold in Cohasset September 2013Cooler weather usually means a cooler real estate market for homes in Cohasset, Massachusetts, and this year is no exception. Still, home prices are rising, even when the highest-priced sales are excluded. One home sold for $2.15 million, and five of the nine sales were for more than $1 million.

Hi Brad -- it appears home buyers have quite a few choices in Cohasset.   Considering the still favorable mortgage interest rates, this may be the right time for many to move up to this very desirable area.
