Homes sold in Cohasset - September 2013

Cooler weather usually means a cooler real estate market for homes in Cohasset, Massachusetts, and this year is no exception. Still, home prices are rising, even when the highest-priced sales are excluded. One home sold for $2.15 million, and five of the nine sales were for more than $1 million.
