Sales activity continues to pick up as we head into the fall peak selling season. The number of properties for sale has dropped from last week and the 10 sales reported for the week is equal to half the number of reported sales for the entire month of September.
There are currently 158 (down from 166 last week) properties listed on the National MLS® System for sale in Uxbridge with the price range from $169,900 to $3,699,000. . ..... this includes properties that are sold subject to conditions being met
