"Help"

Real Estate Agent with ERA Strother Real Estate
I was reading through the website earlier today and I am very excited about being apart of AR. I am just not sure on how to really make this blogging thing work for me. I read alot of success stories about members who have had good experiences with the whole blogging thing. I want to be one of those success stories. I also read that you don't have to be a rocket science  to post either. I love to learn new things SO, if anyone out there could please give me some insight on how to make my blogs work for me I will greatly appreciate it.

Basically post blogs about your community, your housing industry, information you know that would enlighten customers. You want to make sure your tag words are something someone would be searching for so your name pops up in google.

Kendra, you need to use tags on your blogs. Tags are the "keywords" that will be indexed in the search engines. Make them specific to the blog. Don't use Fayetteville, NC. Subject is too generic with too many matches on the search engines already. Think about using something like "homes for sale in Fayetteville NC" or better yet, "new homes for sale in (____new delvelopment___) Fayetteville NC".

Hello...when you post a public blog (to localism) then when someone runs a search (say your blog is about "Homes for Sale in Fayetteville" ) and someone is looking for a home for sale in fayetteville, more than likely your post will come up in the search..and when it does...then the reader reads your post...likes what they see, and they give you a call to sell them a house :)
