At some point in our lives we'll have to make a choice. The choice being: having faith or having fear. When you choose faith, it brings you courage. When you have faith fear does not exist. I've recently became a Loss Mitigation Consultant. It's given me the opportunity to share with people how having faith can neutralize their fear when facing a foreclosure. People tend to not want to talk to their lenders and are to afraid to let anyone know that they need help. I was talking to a sheriff the other day, who told me that an older couple was facing foreclosure. All the notices had been sent out. When they arrived at the property, the husband came out and said, "this isn't a good time." They responded, you don't understand, your time is up, we MUST remove you from the property. The sad part about this is that the husband never told his wife. The officer said she was having a breakdown right in front of them. People need to know their options and they also need to know that they are not their property. That they can start over. It's a hard thing for those who are facing foreclosure. What can we do to help people know that tomorrow is a new day. It's tough, but you can get though it. I'm not trying to come off as overly optimistic. We all have trials. Some are easier then others. We need to let the public know that they can talk about their foreclosure, that they can rebuild their credit and yes, they can purchase again. Faith breeds more faith. Fear breeds more fear. Let's do our part to help neutralize fear by cultivating FAITH!

Yolanda -It is a sad story. But with you being a loss mitigation consultant,I know that you are going to help people avoid losing their homes. Pray that more people who are in trouble reach out for help before it is too late. It seems to be the norm for homeowners who are in jeopardy of losing their home to keep quiet when people are here to help them.
Also,I see that you post this in three groups. You should put this in two more groups. You can post this in five groups. I would add two more to either Newbies,The Art of Marketing,Active Lounge,Thinking Outside of the Box and Realtors and Ethics. Great post.
