Market activity showing why prices are increasing in Southwest Riverside County.  There are currently 343 detached properties with the Active status in Murrieta.  On average, 165 detached homes sell per month in Murrieta, which means that the inventory is about 2 months worth.   Prices have stabilized and it appears to be moving towards a more balanced market.
