October is a Good Month to Dust Off the Cobwebs

Well, today is a good day.  It has been a long while since I have had a listing and I am happy to say today I have a listing. 

For about the past two years I had been gainfully employed and worked tirelessly part-time.  Now that I am trying to make it full time in the business again I'm liking what I am running into.

I set Opportunity Time this morning and the calls were pouring in.  Folks looking to buy and the one listing I had sent out a CMA for last week was faxed over today. 

October has always been a successful month for me when I was active full time in the business and the way this month is starting out is great!  Looking forward to getting the cobwebs dusted off and be a top agent again.

Wish me lots of luck, say lots of prayers, I'm vulnerable and need all the praise, inspiration, and encouragement I can get.
