Funding Mortgages During Government Shutdown with Minor Hiccups

By
Mortgage and Lending with Lend Smart Mortgage NMLS#207208 NMLS 207208

We are funding mortgages during government with minor hiccups.  With minor issues with the possible full federal government shutdown, we are still helping homeowners with home purchases and refinances.  Yes there are some small issues, but overall it is business as usual.  The FAMP Government Affairs Committee sent out the specifics but basically the government shutdown is having very minor effects on FHA and VA mortgages, almost no effect on conventional mortgages and only USDA loans are having some funding issues.  If you need more specifics, please feel free to reach out to me for more information.
