Check out the size of this bonus room in a new home in Carriage Creek. I showed this house last week to clients and the husband and I saw it first and we both had the same reaction...WOW. Then while we were downstairs we heard his wife go "WOW!" and we both said, she just found the bonus room.

So what do think? What would you do with a bonus room like this?  Homeschool, small business, sports den, man cave, craft and hobby room, the list is endless. There is also a bedroom and a full bath upstairs as well as the bonus room. I see a lot of houses and I can't remember seeing a bonus room this big.
