In a Seller's Market, it pays to know WHOM you know

Real estate is a relationship business. We build relationships with our clients, know their stories, find them the home that fits their lifestyles and needs.

Besides clients, relationships with other agents are important as well. HIGHLY IMPORTANT, I might stress, especially in this Seller's market such like Frisco TX.

Houses for sale in Frisco TX move pretty darn quickly these days. If you view it on the 2nd day, you may already be fighting multiple offers, assuming the seller hasn't accept one of the many.

It pays to work with an agent who knows many agents/ brokers in the area because relationships can pay off. While we, the agents may not discuss the details of the offer, we extend our friends more grace and courtesy. It's normal human personality - we enjoy doing business with people we know.

So, whenever your agent needs to pull a string here or there - "Hey, wait for me before you review ALL the contracts. We'll be in the house in 1 hour to let you know if we want to participate in the multiple offer". 

"Hey Loreena - I saw that you scheduled an appointment to view this home. Just FYI, we have reach agreement and are awaiting final signatures on the contract. I just dont want you to waste your time" - A friend would let a friend know. No one, including the buyer wants to waste their time".

"Loreena, I thought about you when I spoke to this buyer. I think you will be a better fit for this family in this area. I want to also bless you with this opportunity".

I enjoy learning. I'm a life long student. I get to know many agents who care about building and growing their knowledge for the business. That's where I typically get to know these agents. We are like-minded and truly, even negotiating is so much easier.

I also attend networking events offered by our local boards and chapters. 

I know many agents that we typically send out emails amongst us about listings that we have, coming on the market. Many times, our clients get to view homes even before they come on the market, and like-wise. Our sellers show prior to officially coming on the market.

It pays to know WHOM you know in a Frisco TX home seller's market.
