I have written many blog articles on how to use Infusionsoft to build your real estate business. I am a part of a powerful mastermind group that has been using this tool as a way to increase our listings taken as well as new buyer business. The key to those who are having success with Infusionsoft for real estate is the content.

Content is Key!

Here are some basic rules that you must follow regards to email content:

1) Be real...speak to your audience as if you were speaking to a friend. Do not use a bunch of sales lines on your readers. You wouldn't want to listen to a sales pitch and neither will they.

2) Deliver value...If the other agents in your market are talking about staging then you need to stop talking about staging. Value is delivered when you can solve problems!

3) Stop talking about yourself....People no longer care how many homes you sold. They only want to know if you care about them. Identify pains, offer solutions and they will be your advocate.
