Graig was the Team Leader at Keller Williams in Park City when I joined the firm last December. He was instrumental in my decision to join Keller Williams and in fact was probably the main reason I ultimately joined the company. He has since moved back into production and covers both the Salt Lake City and Park City areas.
Craig has had a multi decade career in real estate, mostly on the commercial side and has a wealth of knowledge and experience on the subject. He recently wrote a blog about commercial referrals that I think every residential agent should take a look at, it just might open your eyes a bit.
Graig has spent the majority of his career focusing on commercial real estate in the Las Vegas area and also in Southern Utah. He has sold well over $2 billion dollars in real estate in his long career and currently works out of the Keller Williams office in Salt Lake City running both a residential and a commercial real estate group.
The commercial group operates under the Intermountain Advisory Group banner and the residential group is known as Live Love Park City/ Salt Lake City.
Craig is also a licensed CE teacher and one of the finest instructors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from on any level, from University to professional instructors. When you are attending one of Graig's great classes you have to be on your toes because he "encourages" student participation. No daydreaming allowed here.
Graig may not write a lot of posts quite yet, but you will get Filet Mignon with every post, none of that high calorie, high fat filler from him.
One more thing of note about Graig. I was sitting in his office talking a week or so after I was hired, and he told me I really needed to get an account on Active Rain. He signed me up while we were sitting in his office and nine months later I am under contract with a buyer as a direct result of my blog, not to mention all I have learned here while waiting for that first deal to happen.
