Over the past 4-5 months inventory has doubled due to values rising, allowing multiple Las Vegas home owners who were stuck in upside down homes to stretch the market out in hopes of getting the price they need to be able to sell property and get out of their home without having to short sale or write a check for the difference that was owed on a loan amount.

Available – 6,600 (+166, Last Week 6,434)
Under Contract – 8,027 (-32, Last Week 8,059)
Days of Supply – 25 (+1, Last Week 24)
Short Sales – 6,081 (-46, Last Week 6,127)

Condominiums and Town Homes (CONDO/TH)

Available – 1,601 (+32, Last Week 1,569)
Under Contract – 1,486 (+12, Last Week 1,474)
Days of Supply – 33 (+1, Last Week 32)
Short Sales – 1,239 (-5, Last Week 1,244)

Combined SFR + CONDO/TH

Available – 8,201 (+198, Last Week 8,003)
Under Contract – 9,513 (-20, Last Week 9,533)
Days of Supply – 26 (+0, Last Week 26)
Short Sales – 7,320 (-51, Last Week 7,371)
