Do you love to bowl? Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 2nd. Brunswick lanes will host the 13th Bowl-a-thon to support the Inland Empire Project Kids. It is a fun and exciting event for the whole family.
This is a great opportunity to bowl with others who support the same cause. It will be your way to give back to the community. Project Kids was started in 1996 by Diane West. Her goal was to help and support Inland Empire kids in need. Her first achievement was the completion of a child friendly interview room inside the Corona Police Department. They have since been able to provide education and knowledge to help and assist the Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They have also used funds to purchase state of the art computer equipment to protect our children from predators.
It is easy to participate. Put a team together with 4 bowlers. Each participant must donate or collect donations worth at least $50 dollars. If you want to sponsor a lane, a minimum donation of $100 is required. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd team. Team forms must be returned by October 25th in order to reserve a lane.
