Here we have a look at a roof that had been repaired. The roofer did a good job. (there you go Conrad) But after the roof was repaired, there was no effort to cut back the tree limbs that originally caused the damages.
This means that the tree limbs will do it again. Like running over nails in your driveway and getting a flat. Then never picking up the nails that caused the flat. Hello.
Then there are the electrical service lines to the home. These have to be maintained just like the home's area.
