Why I'd Love to Meet Fellow Realtor® and AR Ambassador Joni Staples

There are a number of fun 'contests' underway in the Active Rain community.  One such 'contest' has asked us to identify one (or more) AR members that we would like to meet in person.

There are so many interesting people on AR who I am getting to know through their blogs -- but the first person who came to mind is AR Ambassador Joni Staples.

Here are some of things that I appreciate about Joni, from afar...

• Joni always has an uplifting message and approaches everyone in the AR community with kindness.   She knows how to build someone up, rather than tear them down.  In addition, Joni makes an extraordinary effort to reciprocate, when comments are left on her blog.
• Joni is a master at creating content that is directed at her community and target markets.  I find that I learn a lot by reading Joni's blogs and seek to emulate some of her 'best practices'.
• Joni is true to herself and it shows in her business and success.  Without ever having met Joni face-to-face, I feel like I know her -- because her true self shines through her blog.  There is an important message there... that we need to be genuine with our clients and have their best interest at heart.  In that approach, we will also find our own success.
