July 2013
During July 2013, 96 residential properties closed escrow. The average sale price was $236,342 and the average days on the market were 160. Nearly sixteen percent (or 15) of the residential properties that sold were bank owned and 2% (or 2) were short sales. Forty-eight homes sold at or below $200,000 representing 50% of homes sold in the county during the month of July.
