2013 Third Quarter Sold Residential Report

There were 254 residential sales during the quarter spread throughout the county with an average sale price of $233,524. The average days on the market were 151. Bank owned properties were 13% (or 33) of the sales and short sales were 6.7% (or 17) of the sales. The total number of sales for the quarter increased by 3.25% compared with the same time period in 2012. The total number of distressed sales fell by 52% when compared with the third quarter of 2012. This is the third consecutive quarter we have seen significant reduction in distressed properties. Below is the breakdown of sold residential properties during the third quarter of 2013:
