The City of Palm Desert, with a population over 50,000, is located in the beautiful Coachella Valley in Southern California. Alegria at Spanish Walk is being built by DR Horton on fee-simple land. This community of Spanish inspired architecture includes a mix of condos in two story buildings, and single family homes. The amenities include community playgrounds, pools, spas, a water play feature, fitness center, and clubhouse . There are three styles of 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos from approximately 1,289 to 1,671 square feet.
Avondale Country Club consists of 305 homes, with a guard at the gate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Homes were built from the early 1970's through 2000 on fee-simple land. Semi-custom and custom homes feature two to seven bedrooms and range from 1,632 to over 7,000 square feet. The low monthly dues include social membership, tennis court usage, cable television, and 24 hour a day security as well as restricted access to the private Avondale Golf Club. There is an association clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, and dog park.
Indian Ridge is a member owned equity club, and consists of more than 1050 homes built from 1993 through 2002. It features two Palmer golf courses, two restaurants, tennis, full service fitness center and full-service day spa, cable television and internet service, bocce ball court, concierge, dog park, and community pool & spa. Every home is on the golf course and enjoys fabulous views.
