Over promise and Underdeliver BIZ

By
Real Estate Agent with RealtyUSA
Tony Dicello came to Syracuse yesterday and he said and I think it's true this BIZ is very Over promised and undelivered. I think as agents we MUST do as we say we are going to do, it makes us all look better as a whole. I hear it daily from buyers, and sellers. I don't cut up the other agent but do remark FIRST let them vent and then "I'm sorry to hear that, it sounds like it was pretty bad BUT I can't change the past but let me show you what I'll do for you." I really do feel bad for people because they look to us as professionals. Why is this so common across the board????

How hard is it to tell clients what you are going to do for them....then do it?  That is only delivering what you promised.  Most fail at this basic common sense practice and few take the next step to provide more!  I can't tell you why.

This is why it is so easy for people like you and I to get clients for life! If I tell them I will do something, I will not only do it and may even do more, but I will never do less than I say I will or can!
