What Does One Boomer Woman Really Want?

I've been writing a lot about sustainable excellence  -- at various ages, and  as a collaborative effort.

One boomer woman (really any number of that Asheville "post-50-crowd") explained how much she  liked the idea of a caring and creative culture where home environments  can meet a positive lifestyle for Everybody.   So I'm busy these days researching,compiling and writing points of  interest for "aging-in-place" and a "HOW-TO" that focuses on lifelong homes.

So far,  the effort includes:

     : HOW TO Decide in favor of a Lifelong Home
    : HOW TO  Budget  for and make a Spending Plan
    : HOW TO Talk & Set Priorities with Family and Friends
    : HOW TO  Plan, Organize,Schedule & Implement for universal appeal.

BUT FIRST- ENVISION POSSIBILITY

SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION AND EXCELLENCE- Many  people today in our beautiful Asheville, N.C. (especially “boomers”) view sustainable excellence as a social imperative. With this in mind,  The Sage Companion,Project  gathers data and , at times, even turns it on its side for a new and more relevant perspective of the  50-plus years. Looking back and looking forward, what is revealed?

A DESIGN FOR LIFE - As we enter into a conversation about places in which to thrive- regardless of age, physical ability or  income level, clearly the importance of a design for life and respect for personhood emerges. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we are excited to be a small part in creating a new vision of aging.
